The human body is the most fascinating creation!

In 2011, I got out of bed one morning and with just that simple act I herniated 3 vertebrae.  I was only 27 years old. As an active runner who loved half-marathons, this was my worst nightmare.  I had pain running down both legs that prevented me from walking without collapsing (let alone running) and participating in my life for over a month.

I felt ignored by my doctors, left behind by our medical system and depressed.

I worked with a chiropractor and massage therapist for my recovery, and I became fascinated by the human body and it's intricate and resilient nature.  I was at a crossroads in my life and I decided to leave the corporate world and enroll in massage school.  I dedicated all of my training during school and after to clinical therapeutic massage and bodywork.

I learned how important where our body exists within gravity is, and where there is an imbalance with posture, pain is often the result.  It's relationship to the jaw was what truly fascinated me.  When there are jaw issues there will also most likely be pelvic imbalances, sleep apnea, tinnitus, and/or neck and shoulder problems.

Pain is quite often a symptom of an underlying issue.  I have centered my training and education on learning pain patterns, trigger point referrals, compensation patterns, muscle tests, and more to help me find the true source of pain.

I am passionate about working with my clients to help find the root cause of their pain so they can get back to their lives.  I know how depressing pain can be and just how much it can change the landscape of your life and your family's.

My goal is to let you have your life back from pain...
